Reports have been circulating that a gun was possibly found on the grounds of Epworth High School. In response to this, a large police presence has been dispatched to the school in order to investigate the matter and provide a safe environment for students and faculty.

The incident at the high school resulted in a large law enforcement response. Law enforcement agencies that responded to the high school included Peosta Epworth, Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, Dubuque Police Department, and the Asbury Security Department. They worked together to ensure swift and effective resolution of the situation
