Dubuque Police arrested Thomasina Beene, 28, at 2506 Broadway this morning after an early morning shooting. Four counts of failure to appear were filed against her.

At the same address, Kelshawn Marshall, 34, was arrested for false information impersonation and a warrant out of jurisdiction.

No charges have been filed for the shooting this morning. There is still an investigation underway by the police. As of yet, no further information has been released about the incident. No victims have been identified.

An arrest is not an admission of guilt, all are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
