As part of a plea deal, Judge Michael Schubatt sentenced Romell Scott 37 to two years probation and an $850 fine. He pleaded guilty to unlawful assembly. 

In April a fight broke out behind knickers in the 2100 block of Central Avenue between two groups of men. During the fight shots were fired by another man with a 9mm who faces charges along with two other men.
