The US Highway 20 Julien Dubuque Bridge will have an eastbound lane closure for private fiber utility installation starting 9:00 a.m Monday May 15 to 3:00 p.m Thursday May 18.
Westbound traffic will not be affected. The bridge will be open fully before 9:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. each day.
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
