Dubuque Police arrested Jermaine Bolds, Jermaine 30, Thursday at 2013 Central Avenue on charges of possession and control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon Thursday.
A 31-year-old man, Christopher Brown, was arrested at 1401 Central Avenue.A warrant was issued against him Thursday charging him with possession or control of a firearm by a felon offensive weapon and parole violation.
Brown is identified as a shooter who fired six shots at Central Avenue on August 28th, 2022. Home and car damage resulted.
