Dubuque police took Funmisho Smith, 26, into custody in the area if Dimensional Brewing Company, 67 Main Street where a disturbance occurred. He’s charged with drug possession of a controlled substance and interference with official acts. No injuries or damage.
In addition, Devonte Ellison, 28, was arrested for possessing controlled substances and participating in a riot.
