Dubuque County Deputies made a traffic stop on Graham Musial, 36, of Stephenson, Michigan. A K9 was called to do a walk around the vehicle and detected substances in the car.

Deputies located 146 pounds (ca. 66 kg) of marijuana with an estimated street value of about 250 000 dollars. 

Musial, was sentenced today by Dubuque County, Iowa District Court Judge Monica L Ackley Zrinyl to 2,years probation. His charges for not having a drug tax stamp were dropped. Musial faced a five-year prison sentence.
