Dubuque Police Officers responded to a crash near JFK and Wacker Drive Wednesday around 6:35 p.m.

Jasmine Neal, 21, while driving intoxicated, struck a vehicle. During the arrest, she resisted arrest and assaulted two officers.

She has been charged with assault on individuals with certain occupations, OWI – first offense, and interference with official duties.
