Enoch was ordered by Dubuque District Court Michael Schubbat to be held on a 1 Million Dollar Bond. He will remain in the Dubuque County Jail for the death of Kylie Dyster 20, in July 2021.

Enoch is presently serving a 25-year sentence for providing drugs to a person younger than 18 and sexual exploitation of a minor.

On July 25th 2021, Kylie’s family posted on social media their concern about Kylie. Posting a description of her and her BMW. Soon after the post on social media, reports came in of a black male seen driving the vehicle. Kylie’s family reported it to police.

Missing person alert!!!! Kylie Duster dob 8-21-00 last seen Sunday 7-25-21. She lives in Dubuque, IA. Last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and pink Victoria secret sweatpants as seen in pics. She drives a black BMW license plate # KKP754. The car was last seen last night without her in it. The picture below is the male that was driving and also the same male she was last seen with on Sunday. We are worried sick about her. On July 28th, the family members who entered the apartment did not inspect the closet. The same day, Dubuque authorities searched the apartment and found Kylie in the closet deceased.

An autopsy was done by the Iowa State Medical Examiner and the death was ruled homicide by suffocation.

The Investigation

After a lengthy investigation, investigators were able to put Enoch in the Duster vehicle in the area during the day she was reported missing using city’s camera system and citizen reports, they found the BMW, Enoch painted gold in to hide it. This led to an address on Nevada Street where he was arrested with a woman who had been riding with him

In the course of questioning the woman, the police learned that Enoch told the woman that he had a mess to clean up. He also shared with the woman that he had fought with someone.

Investigators also found DNA evidence linking Enoch

Enoch’s next court appearance is December 22nd.

In all criminal proceedings subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
