Federal Marshals took Tavon Demarcus Bayloc into custody Monday on warrants. Bayloc is wanted on several charges including two counts of attempted murder, one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure or provoke fear, one count of reckless use of a firearm causing property damage, one count of dominion and control with a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon.

He all so had warrants in Cook. County Illinois for escape from a home monitoring device, felon in possession of a handgun, use of a firearm, and parole violations.

In July, Bayloc fire a weapon near a Dubuque daycare center.
