According to Dubuque Police, Marvin D. Watson was the victim of the shooting early Sunday morning around 5:20 a.m. In the 1800 block of Central Ave as a result of a disturbance.

Police found Watson with a gunshot wound to the back, appeared serious but not life-threatening.

Watson was transported to a Dubuque area hospital, then to University Of Iowa City Hospital by a Aircare Flight for treatment. Theirs no other information on his condition.
