A Dubuque jury found Roger Hoffert, 48, guilty of disorderly conduct fighting violent behavior. .

Roger Hoffer, 48 of Dubuque, received a sentence of time served and $1078 fine for a fight in the Mill District.

On August 14th, 2021, Hoffer got in a fight with Noah J. Parlasca, 23, of 436 Bluff St. No 4. Parlasca was seriously injured during the fight outside of Genos East, 333 East Tenth Street. A Dubuque Ambulance transported Parlasca to Dubuque Hospital, and he was then transferred to University Of Iowa City Hospital.
