Dubuque Police arrested Blake John Drapeau 30, on charges of 1) going armed with intent. Drapeau was armed with a Machete (F), 2) Public intoxication (M), and 3) Failure to appear -simple Arr (simple) (M), at 2940 Central Ave, Dubuque, IA, on Wednesday evening.
Police responded to a disturbance in a yard with a man waving Machete. Drapesa told police he was protecting himself after being jumped.
