New information shows that Brown struck her husband with beer bottle causing a laceration. That sent him to a hospital.

Dubuque Police responded to a home for a laceration after a stun gun incident in the 600 block of West 3rd Street last evening around 10:24p.m

Officers requested medical services to the home. A Dubuque Ambulance transported a subject.
