Iowa State Patrol Investigating Early Morning Accident That Killed 3 Dubuque Teens

William Woodrich IV, 18 of Dubuque, was traveling southbound in his Chevrolet Camaro on the North West Arterial and 32nd Street at a high rate of speed, lost control and entered a ditch vaulted and rolled.

Woodrich IV and two other were passengers in his vehicle. Kennedy Elizabeth Elskamp 17 of Dubuque, and Chole Madison Lucas 17 Of Dubuque, were all killed.

The accident remains under investigation.
