Dubuque Police made an attempted to stop on a vehicle in an alley behind Main Street. The driver after stopping took off and a pursuit ensued threw the city, ending at East 16th Street and Washington.

Dubuque police found wanted subject Kayne Donath 22, in the vehicle. Police determined that Donath forced the drive to flee police by force with a weapon.

Dubuque police have charged Donath with o 1) Kidnapping 3rd Degree (F), 2) Interference W/official Acts—Weapon Or Firearm (F), 3) Assault While Displaying A Weapon (M), 4) Intimidation With A Dangerous Weapon (F), 5) Dominion/control Of Firearm/offensive Weapon By Felon (F), and 6) Persons Ineligible To Carry Dangerous Weapons (M)
