Iowa State Patrol report a fatality accident tonight around 7:00 p.m. On 21833 Millville Road near Epworth, Iowa.

According to Investigating Iowa State Patrol Officers, a van was westbound on Millville Road and lost control, entered a ditch and rolled. One subject was deceased and the Epworth Fire Department transported one injured subject to Mercy One Medical Center.

The Iowa State Patrol investigated, and Dubuque County assisted, along with the Epworth Fire Department and Dubuque County Medical Examiner

No names will be released until families notified.
