Dubuque Police Arrested Trevor Boyd, 26, on charges of domestic abuse and assault impending air blood flow causing bodily injury at 2175 Central Avenue, in the early morning hours today on a warrant

Boyd, on May 22nd, allegedly assaulted his pregnant girlfriend in a white car punching her in the stomach and then choking her.

The girlfriend fought back, kicking and clawing Boyd after he attacks her again. Her fighting back causes Boyd to leave the car, and she drives to the law enforcement center to report the crime
