On 05/21/2022 at approximately 4:40AM, Jo Daviess County deputies performed a traffic stop on anear Rodden Road, rural Hanover. The driver of the vehicle was Lamieor D. Billings, 37 of Chicago,.Deputies observed the vehicle and recognized the odor of burnt cannabis emitting from the vehicle. During a search, deputies located multiple semi-automatic handguns, multiple rounds of firearm ammunition, and multiple fire located approximately 520 grams of suspected THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) gummies.
Deputies Charge Billings with
a weapon by a felon , Unlawful Posses of Firearm without FOID Cațd, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Driving While License Revoked, and Speeding.
