Jose Jackoniski 30, of East Dubuque, Illinois, ran a red light at Bluff and Ninth Street, striking a car driven by Nathan Lombardi 39, causing Jackoniskis’s vehicle to roll over.
A Dubuque Ambulance transported the one-year-old to Mercy One with none life-threatening injuries, that was riding in Jackoniskis vehicle.
Jackoniski was charged with drug paraphernalia and cited for failure to stop at a red light, not having seat belts on and not having proof of insurance.
