Dubuque Deputies arrested Tyrone Harris 51, of East Dubuque, Illinois, Thursday and transported him to Henry County Jail In Illinois on a warrant.

In April, Harris attacked a Wonder Lake, Illinois, woman strangling her and cutting her with a knife multiple times, striking and kicking her. The woman sustained serious injuries and disfiguration from her injuries

Harris is in jail on a 75,000-dollar bond.
