Jason Delaney of Jr Recycling has agreed to pay the Iowa Department Of Natural Resources 4000 dollars in penalties for illegally disposing and storing tires The noncompliance goes back to 2017 and has been an issue for two years.
The agreement to this order is not appeal-able, and any further violation can result in more penalties and the case sent to State’s Attorney General for injunction and other /or civil penalties.
