David Battebery of Rialto, California, 54, was driving a semi northbound on highway 151, when he failed to navigate the curve on the ramp to Highway 61 and rolled over. Batteberry was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Dubuque Police and Fire & Rescue responded around 9:40 this morning to Highway 151 and 61 for a single Semi Roll over .
