Once again a black bear is visiting our area and the Department Of Natural Resources is asking the public to not leave your garbage cans out, to clean your grills and to make sure to not to leave pet food out or bird seed feeders. This will cause the bear to head back to its natural habitat.

Black Bears normally not aggressive and if you encounter one don’t run, you want to make big, wave your arms and yell.
