A teenager from Dubuque received a prison sentence for robbing a convenience store with a gun.16 year old Tyshaun McKinney took a plea to felony charges of first-degree theft and going armed with intent. McKinney was sentenced in Dubuque Iowa District Court to 10 years on the theft charge and five years on the weapons charges.
In August of last year McKinney robbed a Kwik Stop store on Central Avenue in Dubuque.
