Dubuque Teen Pleads Guilty To A Theft With A Gun

16-year-old Tyshaun McKinney Robbed the Kwik stop, August of last year with a gun.

Mckinney’s initial charges were going armed robbery and assault while committing a felony. He pleads guilty to going armed with intent and armed robbery, asking for a suspended sentence or deferred judgment, while the County Attorney is asking for a 15-year sentence.
