John F. Kennedy Road will have the right northbound lane closed between Pennsylvania Avenue and Carter Road for private fiber optic boring starting 7:00 a.m Wednesday Mar. 23  to 5 p.m Friday Mar. 25. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
