Voting was light last evening in the 4th ward’s special election to fill the vacated council seat that belonged to newley elected Mayor Brad CaVanagh.
Kathy Wethal took first place in the primary election followed by Carla Anderson who will be in the final election March 29th. 702 people came out to vote.
