Devyawn Bostic was arrested in May 2021 for having sexual relations with a 15- year old and and June for sexual exploitation and having photos of a minor – promote film of a 17 -year old girl on his smartphone has pleaded guilty.

As part of the plea, his attorney asked the court to drop one count of sexual abuse 3rd degree. They set his sentencing date for March.

The county attorney seeking a 10 year sentence, while Bostic is wanting a suspended sentence. His sentencing date is set in March.
