On February 8, 2022, Devon Brashaw, LKA: 10919 US Hwy 52 W, Savanna, Illinois, pled guilty as part of a plea agreement to Possession of Methamphetamine – a Class 1 Felony. These charges stem from an investigation by the Illinois State Police Stateline Area Narcotics Team.

As a result of his plea of guilty, Brashaw was sentenced by Judge Kevin Ward to 4 1⁄2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, which will be served consecutively to his 10 year sentence in a Carroll County, IL methamphetamine case. This sentence will be followed by two (2) years of Mandatory Supervised Release, formerly known as Parole.
The Illinois State Police and Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office handled the investigation of this case.
