Dubuque Police report they responded to a domestic abuse case at 1600 Butter Field Drive around 5:21 AM. January 5th.

According to the report Eric Tillis 34, of Dubuque was allegedly chased with a knife by 27-year-old Angella Blackburn, who all so interfered with a police officers at the time of her arrest.

Tillis was not hurt.

Blackburn, faces charges of Domestic Assault/with Intent Or Weapon 708.2A and assault on persons in certain occupation-interference with official acts – no injury /damage -729.1(1) (b).
