Dubuque, IA – Katherine Mae Heimann, 22, of Dubuque, was arrested Saturday night on charges of Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Child Endangerment, both misdemeanors.

According to the arrest report (AR 2026003545), Heimann was taken into custody at 505 Kaufmann Ave on May 30, 2026, at approximately 11:42 p.m. by Officer J.J. Dura.

The case involves allegations that Heimann was driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a combination Iowa law treats seriously due to the heightened risk to minors.

Both charges are misdemeanors. Heimann has not yet been formally charged in court as of the latest available information.
