On March 1st, 2021 three teens had fired a handgun at a home on Burns Street in Dubuque, over a disagreement with teens who lived in the home. Dubuque Police report shows Alexander Chandler, then 17 was the person who fired the shots at the home.

Iowa Courts online shows that Alexander Carmen, now 18, has plead guilty to going armed with intent of intimidation with a dangerous weapon making threats.

The County Attorney is seeking a 5-year sentence.
