Areas of Fog and Freezing Drizzle This Evening

Fog has developed across eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois and could become locally dense with visibilities down to a quarter mile. In addition to the fog, patchy freezing drizzle may lead to slick spots on pavement, especially on bridges and overpasses.

If you have to travel, slow down, keep your headlights on low beam, and give yourself plenty of braking distance.
