Diamanté Goodman, of Dubuque, made his initial appearance in court today charged by Dubuque Police with reckless use of a firearm, property damage and use of a dangerous weapon, both serious misdemeanors.
Goodman appeared on surveillance video firing a gun into a group of people on Bluff Street, striking the home, and no one was injured.
