DUBUQUE, Iowa — Anthony Tierre Mclin, 25, was arrested early Tuesday morning on a series of misdemeanor charges following an incident at Warrente Plaza, 3500 Dodge St.

According to police records (AR 2026006958), Mclin was taken into custody at approximately 4:15 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2026. He faces the following charges:

•  Assault on persons in certain occupations (two counts)

•  Interference with official acts – bodily injury

•  Harassment in the first degree

•  Harassment in the second degree

•  Theft in the fifth degree – shoplifting
