DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 20-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Friday night on charges including operating while intoxicated and possessing a dangerous weapon while under the influence, according to police records.
Drew Charles Tigges, white male, 20, was taken into custody at 9286 Elmwood Drive at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2026.
He faces the following charges:
• Possess/carry dangerous weapon while under the influence (misdemeanor)
• Operating while intoxicated, first offense (misdemeanor)
• Possession/purchase of alcohol by a person 18/19/20, first offense (misdemeanor)
Tigges was held on a $2,300 cash bond set by S.J. Nauman.
