DUBUQUE, Iowa — Christopher Ben Curler, 48, was arrested early Saturday on multiple controlled substance charges.

According to Dubuque police, Curler was taken into custody at approximately 2:52 a.m. Sept. 19 at the intersection of East 16th Street and Kerper Boulevard.

He faces charges of controlled substance violation, a felony; possession of controlled substance – marijuana, first offense, a misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor.

The arrest was made by Officer D. Lattner. The case is listed under arrest report number 2026006338.
