DUBUQUE, IA — A 45-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a charge of probation violation, according to court records.

Dylon Patrick Bly was taken into custody at 770 Iowa St. on September 14, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m.

The arrest follows a probation revocation filed with the court in July 2026. Bly was originally sentenced in October 2025 following guilty pleas to charges including first-degree harassment and multiple counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. At that time, he received suspended jail terms and was placed on 24 months of supervised probation.

Court proceedings to address the alleged violation are currently pending.
