For voters in Dubuque County, local voting centers and official election details can be reviewed at the Dubuque County Elections Portal. Residents located in neighboring parts of the district can also verify regional participation and sample ballot details at the Jackson County Elections Office.

Voting details (Election Day only at this point):

•  Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

•  Any eligible voter in the Dubuque Community School District can vote at any of the vote centers (not assigned precincts). There are 11 locations after one (Comiskey Park) was dropped due to construction:

•  Tri-State Blind, 1068 Cedar Cross Rd

•  Resurrection Catholic Church, 4300 Asbury Rd

•  Summit Congregational Church, 2885 JF Kennedy Rd

•  Bread of Life Church, 2155 University Ave

•  U.A.W. Local 94 Union Hall, 3450 Central Ave

•  Sacred Heart Church Basement, 2215 Windsor Ave

•  Holy Trinity Church, 1700 Lincoln Ave

•  St. John’s Parish House, 1401 Locust St

•  Fogarty Hall Center, 1240 Rush St

•  Asbury City Hall, 5290 Grand Meadow Dr

•  Dubuque County West Campus, 1225 Seippel Rd 

Absentee/early voting deadlines have passed. Only district residents can vote in this special election. Photo ID is required under Iowa rules.
