DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 26-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Tuesday evening on felony and misdemeanor driving charges, according to local arrest records.

Trevor Lee Freiberger, was taken into custody at approximately 7:52 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2026, near the intersection of 98 E. 19th Street and White Street in Dubuque.

He faces the following charges:

•  Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), 3rd Offense (Felony)

•  Driving While Barred (Misdemeanor)

Freiburger was booked and is being held on a $7,000 cash bond while awaiting court proceedings. The arresting officer is identified as J. Block.
