DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 47-year-old Dubuque woman was arrested Friday morning on a warrant charging second-degree criminal mischief involving alleged property damage valued between $1,500 and $10,000.

Melissa Jean Neuhaus, of 1324 Lincoln Ave., was taken into custody at approximately 9:54 a.m. Aug. 21, 2026, at her residence, according to Dubuque Police Department records. The arresting officer is identified as D. Brant.
