
DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 30-year-old Dubuque man was arrested early Thursday morning on a series of assault, domestic abuse, harassment, theft and probation violation charges, according to arrest information.
Tyler Lee Howell, a white male, 30, was taken into custody at 6:06 a.m. Aug. 13, 2026, at 707 Berkley Place in Dubuque.
He faces the following charges:
• Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Mental Illness – Simple (misdemeanor)
• Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Mental Illness – Violation of Individual Rights (misdemeanor)
• Domestic Abuse Assault – Simple (misdemeanor)
• Harassment, 1st Degree (misdemeanor)
• Theft, 2nd Degree – Theft From Building (felony)
• Probation Violation (felony)
