The City of Dubuque is transitioning to a new online bidding system for the procurement of goods and services. 

To receive future bid notifications and to participate in procurement opportunities, all vendors must register in the new IonWave system.

Registration is free and allows you to:

• Receive email notifications when bid events related to your goods or services are posted. 
• Access and respond to open bid opportunities online.
• Manage your vendor profile and commodity codes.

New registrations can be completed by visiting: 
https://cityofdubuque.ionwave.net/.

Once registered, suppliers can receive email notifications when a new bid event matching their commodities has been issued. Suppliers will also have the ability to log into this system to view and respond to bid events issued by the city.

Already have an Ion Wave account with another agency? 

You can quickly add the City of Dubuque to your profile:

1. Log into your existing IonWave account.
2. Click on “Agency” in the top navigation bar.
3. Select “Find New Agency”, and search for City of Dubuque.
