Diquan Carlos Frazier, 32, of Dubuque, was arrested Saturday morning, July 25, 2026, at approximately 8:00 a.m. at 1401 Central Ave.

He faces five charges:

•  Interference with official acts causing bodily injury (misdemeanor)

•  Harassment in the first degree (felony)

•  Criminal mischief in the fifth degree (misdemeanor)

•  Interference with official acts with no injury or damage (misdemeanor)

•  Violation of a court order – contempt (misdemeanor)

Arresting officer was W. Dieujuste. Frazier is being held without bond and is awaiting court.
