Due to the RAGBRAI route traveling through Dubuque on Saturday, July 25th, The Jule will operate a reduced fixed route transit schedule for one day only.

– There will be on-demand service available for riders affected by closed bus stops.

– Mid-Town Transfer will not be used.

– ORANGE/GREY will not run.

– PINK RHOMBERG/KERPER will not run.

– BROWN will not travel on Pennsylvania or Radford.

– PURPLE will not travel on Pennsylvania or Wingate.

– GREEN will not travel on Jackson between 11th & 24th Streets.

– BLUE will not go to the Mid-Town Transfer.

– Two shuttle buses will run between the Intermodal and the East Dubuque Library from 6:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.

What Riders Should Expect:

*Delays due to event related road closures.

*Detours due to closed roadways.

*MyRide tracking will be available.
