LIVINGSTON, Wis. — A single-vehicle rollover crash south of Livingston on Friday night resulted in injuries and the arrest of the driver on an OWI charge.

According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 10:06 p.m. on July 18, 2026, to a report of a one-vehicle rollover with possible injuries on Highway 80 in Clifton Township.

Deputies learned that Joshua Dominy, 41, of Bellevue, Iowa, was traveling southbound on Hwy 80 when he was unable to negotiate the first curve south of Livingston. His 2022 Dodge Challenger left the east side of the roadway, rolled over, and struck a fence, a road sign, and several trees.

Dominy was transported to Southwest Health Center by Montfort EMS for treatment of his injuries. While on scene, he showed signs of impairment, leading to his arrest for OWI (1st offense). He was also cited for failure to maintain control of his vehicle.

Emergency responders from Livingston First Responders, Livingston/Clifton Fire Department, and Montfort Rescue Squad assisted at the scene. Hasse Service and Towing of Montfort recovered the vehicle.

The incident remains under investigation by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.

Persons arrested or referred for charges by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. An arrest only indicates that probable cause exists to bring formal charges. The names of victims and witnesses to a crime have been withheld per Wisconsin Statute §950.01.
