DUBUQUE, IA — Dani Rae Schmitt, 30, white female, was arrested Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 10:02 a.m. at 770 Iowa Street (Dubuque Law Enforcement Center) on two counts of Probation Violation (F), both felonies. Officer K.D. Patterson made the arrest. 

770 Iowa Street serves as the hub for the Dubuque Police Department, Sheriff’s Office, and jail. Schmitt was booked into the Dubuque County Jail.
