Kenosha Geneva Alexander, of Kenosha, was arrested at approximately 12:55 p.m. on July 6, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree – Burglary/Breaking and Entering (F), according to arrest records. The incident is listed under reference AR 2026003619.

Dubuque police officer S.A. Kamm is listed as the arresting officer. No further details about the alleged burglary, any property taken, or possible victims have been released at this time.
