Dubuque, IA — A 49-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Sunday afternoon on felony burglary and misdemeanor driving charges.

Randy Darrell Bennett was taken into custody at approximately 2:09 p.m. on July 5, 2026, at 2414 Queen Street. He faces one count of Burglary in the Second Degree (Burglary/Breaking and Entering), a felony, and one count of Driving While Revoked, a misdemeanor.

According to arrest records, officers responded to the Queen Street address where Bennett was located and subsequently arrested. No additional details about the alleged burglary—such as the target location, items taken, or any victims—have been released by authorities at this time.

Bennett , 49 years old.and is being held pending further court proceedings. He’s being held on a $10,000 cash surety bond.
